Returns and Exchanges

Policy

NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS.

Exchange or store credit only. Items purchased from Enomis Boutique, are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

All sale items are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.

No changes may be made after an order is placed.

RETURN CONDITION

All items must be returned, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached.

Please be cautious with makeup, deodorant marks or any types of stain. Items with these marks will not be accepted.

You will receive an email, one we're in receipt of your returned package. Please be advised, that returns take 3-10 days to be processed upon arriving at our facility. After your return is processed and you credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
